Working Retiree Certification	Certification by pay period of working retirees under the Public Employee Retirement System (PERS), the Sheriffs' Retirement System (SRS) and the Firefighters' Unified Retirement System (FURS).	07/2011

HOW DO I...

Change My Address?  Fill out the Change of Address for Retirees form and send it to MPERA.

Change My Beneficiary? After you retire, if you selected Option 1 you can change your beneficiary at any time by contacting MPERA and receiving the correct forms. If you chose Option 2, 3, or 4, the only way you can change is if you divorce your contingent annuitant or your contingent annuitant dies. Contact MPERA for more information.
