The Public Employees’ Retirement Board meets monthly. The monthly meetings are usually held at the Public Employees’ Retirement Administration's Board Room at 100 North Park, Helena, MT.

Generally, they meet every second Thursday of the month. The meetings usually begin at 8:30 am. The first segment of the meeting is open to the public and the second segment is closed for retirement and disability approvals and contested cases. The agenda is posted one week before the meeting.

The Board sets its meeting schedule quarterly.
