On Friday, 5/11/2012, we started using Java 6 Update 31 as our supported client – see links at bottom of page. You may be asked to update your client or it may update automatically. If you have Windows XP, please remove old versions of Java before updating. If your computer cannot update, please ask your computer support staff, who are machine administrators, to run the update. Note Java 7 clients will not work with the MPERA application. We are here to help, please call.
Also, on occasion, some employers – less than 10% - report that the Web Reporting System "locks up." If your Web Reporting session locks up, please: 1) click on the screen, 2) hold the control key down, and 3) roll the mouse wheel a couple clicks in one direction and back. This CLICK-CONTROL-ROLL technique refreshes the screen and shows the missing fields.
