Submit a Public Information Request:
To submit a public records request to MPERA or Montana Public Employees’ Retirement Board, please visit the Office of Public Information Requests (OPIR).
Before submitting a request, we encourage you to read the OPIR Frequently Asked Questions to find out how the process works. Please know that if your request pertains to the investment of pension trust funds of the MPERA-administered retirement systems, your OPIR request should be directed to the Montana Board of Investments (BOI) as these assets are part of the unified investment program established in Title 17, chapter 6, part 2 of the Montana Code Annotated.
