Employee Investment Advisory Council:
The Employee Investment Advisory Council (EIAC) was established to advise the Public Employees' Retirement Board (PERB) on the operation of the Public Employees' Retirement System Defined Contribution Retirement Plan (DCRP) and the State of Montana 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan.
EIAC is composed of employee representatives who are appointed by the PERB, and members serve for staggered three-year terms. More information can be found in the EIAC Bylaws.
