Member Self-Service Portal
The Member Self-Service Portal (MSS) is a portal that allows members to revise their email, create a new Personal Identification Number (PIN), and update their preferred method for receiving communications such as email or mail. Members also have access to various printable forms and will use Okta to log in and authenticate to MSS. Please note that MSS cannot be accessed through a state computer.
Important: Before you get started
- You must have your Person ID to register for MSS. It can be located on your annual statement or by calling the MPERA Member Call Center Toll Free at 1-877-ASK-PERB (1-877-275-7372) or in Helena at 406-444-3154.

Mt.gov email accounts cannot be used to create Member Self-Service Portal (MSS) accounts

Once you are logged into the dashboard, click on Member Self-Service Portal (MSS) app. Please remember MSS cannot be accessed through a state computer.
