Member Self-Service Portal

The Member Self-Service Portal (MSS) is a portal that allows members to revise their email, create a new Personal Identification Number (PIN), and update their preferred method for receiving communications such as email or mail. Members also have access to various printable forms and will use Okta to log in and authenticate to MSS. Set up your Okta account with a personal email only, and remember that MSS cannot be accessed through a state computer.
