Member Self-Service Portal
The Member Self-Service Portal (MSS) is a portal that allows members to revise their email, create a new Personal Identification Number (PIN), and update their preferred method for receiving communications such as email or mail. Members also have access to various printable forms and will use Okta to log in and authenticate to MSS. Please note that MSS cannot be accessed through a state computer.
Important: Before you get started
- You must first contact MPERA to get MSS access and receive your Person ID. The toll-free number for the MPERA Member Call Center is 1-877-275-7372, or in Helena, 406-444-3154.
