Defined Benefit Member Account Annual Statements

Your MPERA defined benefit annual statement provides a summary of your account information. 

MPERA will mail your annual statement in early August. Annual statements are also posted annually to your Online Account at that time. 

In the event the service or contribution information is incorrect, please make the appropriate changes on the statement with correspondence as to why you feel this is incorrect and mail it back to MPERA for review. Please read the explanations on your statement for clarifications.

Beneficiary Updates

You can update your beneficiaries via DocuSign.

Active Members

If you are currently working for a participating employer, please make updates to your address directly through your employer.

Inactive Members

If you are no longer employed by a participating employer, and would like a current statement of your account, please contact MPERA directly. To keep us informed of your address, please update using our Address Change Form for Inactive Members.
